4 All Foundation is pleased to launch new monthly Cancer Support & Wellbeing Sessions at Harlescott Grange Community Centre, beginning in March 2026.
These sessions are open to anyone whose life is affected by cancer, whether you have received a diagnosis yourself or are supporting a loved one through their cancer journey.
Our aim is to bring people together in a warm, welcoming and supportive environment where participants can connect with others who understand the challenges cancer can bring.
The sessions will offer opportunities to socialise, share experiences if desired, and take part in a range of gentle, enjoyable activities designed to support wellbeing.
Activities may include:
- Arts and crafts
- Baking
- Games and quizzes
- Relaxation and wellbeing activities
- Social coffee and chat sessions
Delivered by our Wellbeing Team, these sessions are designed to reduce isolation, encourage peer support, and promote positive mental and emotional wellbeing within the local community.
Everyone is welcome, and there is no pressure to participate in any activity. Simply come along, meet others and enjoy a supportive space.
