Thich is why we prioritise physical and emotional health as part of all of our programmes.
We do this implementing baking, cooking and offering nutritional meals into our activities; offering free sports sessions every school holidays; gentle yoga and other movement-based sessions incorporated into wellbeing groups; and a range of health-focused workshops and events.

These activity sessions will start on Monday 6th April for 10 weekly sessions.
They are specifically designed for adults with learning disabilities. Please note attendees must be accompanied by a carer or family member.

People with severe mental illness in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin are being offered sporting opportunities to support their recovery, thanks to an innovative new partnership.
The Wellbeing, Belonging and Moving for Mental Health Project represents a collaborative effort to address the physical and mental health needs of adults living with severe mental illness (SMI).
Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) is working with Energize Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, Shropshire Council, Telford & Wrekin Council and Telford Mind, alongside other partners to develop inclusive, safe and supportive environments for individuals to take part in a range of free physical activity sessions promoting physical health and mental wellbeing.
