Trustee

4 All Foundation is a charity that delivers local, accessible activities, projects and initiatives  to support the needs and aspirations of communities across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin and the surrounding areas. Our mission is for everyone to have the opportunity to overcome barriers in order to thrive.

We’re on the lookout for a proactive ‘good egg’ who is passionate about their local community – especially someone with skills in fundraising or PR and marketing (trustee or charity sector experience is not required!). 

The role:

Working as part of an established board to ensure 4 All Foundation delivers on its promises, is working in the right strategic direction, and effective governance is in place. 

This is a voluntary role, although travel expenses are paid. 

Time commitment:

We ask trustees to attend: 

• A minimum of four in-person board meetings a year (3pm – 5.30pm) 

• One training day per year 

• One strategic planning day per year 

• Occasional other committee meetings (hybrid) if needed 

We’d love to hear from potential trustees who’d be willing to dedicate additional time (at their own discretion) to hands-on tasks, supporting 4 All Foundation’s team of staff and volunteers to maximise their impact.
