About North Shropshire Schools Football
North Shropshire Schools Football is a thriving programme dedicated to creating opportunities and pathways for young people across the region. Since September 2023, the programme has been proudly led by the 4 All Foundation, building upon eight years of incredible work delivered by a committed team of volunteer teachers.
The programme offers structured pathways for both primary and secondary school pupils, enabling them to develop their skills, represent their area, and progress within the game. Through a network of teams and competitions, young players experience high-quality football across a range of leagues, including the prestigious West Midlands District League, with fixtures played at elite venues such as Bodymoor Heath and Villa Park.
Former Players
The programme has also supported players on their journey into the game, with several former participants going on to represent professional and academy football clubs.
These success stories reflect the quality of provision and the positive pathways created for young people in North Shropshire.

Over the years, North Shropshire Schools Football has established itself as a successful and respected programme. Teams have achieved numerous league and cup victories, whilst most importantly providing over 100 children with the opportunity to represent their area and compete at a high level.
At its heart, the programme is about far more than results. It is about inspiring young people, building confidence, and ensuring every child has access to positive sporting experiences regardless of background.
