Wine Tasting Evening
Join us at the iconic Cellars Shop at Tanners in Shrewsbury, voted one of the UK’s best national wine shops, where Dickensian charm meets expert guidance. Enjoy a complimentary glass of fizz, sample 12 exceptional wines from around the world, and explore the labyrinthine historic cellars (tours available!). Knowledgeable staff will be on hand to answer questions, and you'll have the chance to buy your favourites on-site. All proceeds benefit charity—raise a glass for a great cause!
Historic Tudor cellars tucked beneath Tanners’ flagship Cellars Shop, built in the 1400s, atmospheric and steeped in heritage. Award‑winning family‑run merchant, established 1842; national recognition in 2018 (Best National Wine Shops). Full range of 1,200–2,000+ wines and spirits, plus rare “Oddment” bottles.
